What equipment will I need? Where do I get it?
This program uses 3 tools. Your body, suspension trainer (TRX, Monkii Bar, Etc) and Kettlebell. You are built with the first one, so that is free! The TRX and Kettlebell do cost a small amount of money, but they provide a variety of possibilities and are portable. What weight kettlebell should you get? I suggest you start with 10kg for women and 18kg for men. You can always work up from there and kettlebells do not generally break, so they will last a lifetime (making them a great investment!)
